WizStage generates virtually staged versions of room photos you upload, using AI. Results are provided “as is”; generation quality can vary with input photos, and failed generations are refunded as credits automatically.
You must own or have rights to photos you upload. You receive full commercial usage rights to the staged images you generate.
Virtually staged photos used in real estate marketing must be disclosed as such where MLS rules or local regulations require. WizStage offers a disclosure label feature, but compliance with your MLS and local law is your responsibility.
Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by PayPal; credits don't expire. Failed generations auto-refund the credit. If a technical fault prevents you from using purchased credits, contact us with your PayPal receipt for a fix or refund.
Don't upload unlawful content or content you lack rights to, and don't use results to misrepresent the physical condition of a property (staging adds furniture; it must not be used to hide defects).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizStage is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
