Use the free checklist below for your visit. If you want us to group the photos, distinguish your notes from visible observations and assemble a readable PDF, choose a report. AI-assisted preparation is reviewed by our operator; you must verify every page.
Free handover checklist
- Walk through each room together; note floors, walls, ceilings, windows and equipment.
- Photograph the whole room and close-ups. For comparison, use similar viewpoints at both visits.
- Write down actual meter readings, keys handed over, test results and disagreements.
- Check dates, addresses and names. Share the completed report with the other party and sign only after reviewing it.
A photo report cannot inspect concealed defects, prove when a photo was taken or decide who caused damage. It is not an on-site inspection, notarization or guaranteed legal evidence. Both parties must review and sign where required.

Questions before you start
Do I need to pay for a blank template?
No. You can use our free checklist. The paid service organizes your supplied photos and details into a structured, illustrated report.
Can it replace a joint inspection?
No. Visit the property, test equipment, record readings and resolve omissions with the other party. The report contains only what you supply and what can be seen in the photos.
Does confirmation sign the report?
No. Confirmation creates the final PDF with blank signature fields. Give the other party a copy to review and sign as appropriate.
Can I send move-out photos months later?
Not with this package. The comparison option requires both sets now. Purchase a single inspection if you only have one visit’s evidence.
