- Match the same room and viewpoint where possible.
- Separate what the photo shows from your own explanation.
- Retain the original inventory, messages and any relevant receipts.
- Explain missing angles or conditions that cannot be checked remotely.
A draft is prepared after payment and usable uploads, normally within 24 hours. Review it before confirming the final PDF. One correction within 7 days, downloads for 30 days after first draft. No liability decisions, deposit-recovery guarantees, backdated observations or signatures on your behalf.
